Work Mode: Hybrid

Location: Hybrid - Kohler, WI

Opportunity

The Market Analyst, Wellness Products will work with marketing and the business team to conduct comprehensive analysis and make recommendations to delight customers and drive business results. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop forecasts, managing pricing, developing business strategies and new products, and executing strategic plans. This is a high impact role that provides exposure to many functional areas. This individual is passionate about wellness, highly entrepreneurial, a community connector, works well with ambiguity, demonstrates passion for the vision, and willing to do all it takes to win in a startup organization to develop, launch and expand the brand.

More about the Wellness Products business

The newly created Wellness Products business has been charged with becoming the premier Mind & Body Wellness provider for at home and professional spa sanctuaries. The objective of this business is to not only grow an already wellness-centric product portfolio, but also create a clearly differentiated go to market strategy with a tailored angle to captivate the target audience with unforgettable showroom and digital destinations. Applicants must be passionate about wellness and having expertise in the ever-growing market is a plus! Given the startup nature of this business, applicants must possess a bias for action, an ability to continually assess with openness to pivoting as the market dynamic changes and must be team-oriented with a willingness to dive in and support with whatever is needed. Prior start up experience is preferred.

Within the Wellness Products team, you will have the opportunity to work on the leading edge of innovation. Opportunity is focused on temperature variation, harnessing the soothing power of water, and/or creating sensorial experiences. Your mission is clear: to redefine wellness by working with products that that elevate, invigorate, and inspire.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Partner with new product development teams to develop insights needed to live on the leading edge in design and technology of product and process.

  • Lead analysis for marketing and business team, formulate and test hypothesis and present recommendations.

  • Develop an understanding of the customer and competitive landscape including innovation, products, pricing, trends and market share.

  • Create and lead engaging presentations that clearly articulate product information, business strategies, data and insights and other information.

  • Collaborate with the sales organization on product needs, sales samples and other requests to drive business growth.

  • Develop relationships with customers, sales, new product development, and other stakeholders that can contribute to the development of new product and business ideas.

  • Assist with forecasting and financial planning activities.

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Business or Marketing discipline preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience with a track record of high performance in academics or a work setting.

  • Domestic travel to trade shows, manufacturing plants, and customer as needed, approximately 10-20%.

The salary range for this position is $66,300 - $83,500. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
