Collaborate with cross-functional product development teams to conduct testing and evaluation of product prototypes to various company and national standards. 2. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that projects are completed accurately and on time. 3. Maintain a keen attention to detail to prepare complete records of tests conducted, procedures used, and testing results, with a focus on reporting any unusual results that may affect the outcome of the test. 4. Utilize your knowledge and experience in the safe operation of laboratory equipment and adherence to ISO procedures. 5. Participate in laboratory and equipment maintenance and calibration tasks in accordance with laboratory policy. 6. Innovate freely and support engineering innovation initiatives. Work as an effective team member, maintaining a positive, professional approach.

This is a contract position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Kohler, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

This position is in the testing lab for the Plumbing Americas division. You will use water and other substances to test plumbing fixtures and toilets. Responsibilities include installing and setting up products to be tested, initiating tests, and monitoring for proper operation according to test procedures. You will also break down and submit test data in an Excel spreadsheet. The team consists of about 12-16 individuals. Some work in the faucets lab and some on toilets, but assignments are not chosen by the employees. The environment is relatively clean, with shelves of toilets hooked up to computers and about 100 faucets being turned on and off. The role involves a lot of standing and bending over to hook up and test toilets.
