Kohler Co. seeksDirectors – Enterprise Strategyfor its Kohler, WI location toown the development of key enterprise, business, and functional strategies for the organization. Initiate and coordinate discussions regarding mission, strategy, and metrics for the company. Develop overall enterprise strategy vis-à-vis external (including competitive strategies) and internal environments. Employer will accept a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering (any) or a related field and ten (10) years of experience in the job offered or in a Consultant; Engagement Manager; or Junior Auditor-related occupation. Telecommuting allowed within commutable distance. Up to 10% of domestic and international travel required.
