Aston Carter Associate Sales Coordinator in Kohler, Wisconsin

Job Title: Associate Sales CoordinatorJob Description

The Associate Sales Coordinator will manage order research and support for our Parts Department's customer base. The role involves performing SAP transactions at a proficient level, backing up other Sales Coordinators, and supporting departmental objectives. The successful candidate will use various research tools and resources efficiently, understanding the impact on distributors. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of customers, handling order entries, processing in SAP, responding to customer inquiries about lead time and pricing, and addressing invoicing issues and pricing errors to support our On-Time-Delivery metrics.
