Providence St. Joseph Health Speech Language Pathologist - PKIMC ST in Kodiak, Alaska

The Speech Language Pathologist provides a wide verity of clinical and clerical support to the Speech Therapy Services department and other departments in accordance with Providence philosophy, objectives, policies, procedures and standards. The Speech Language Pathologist plans and conducts medically prescribed initial screenings, assessments, intervention and treatment for human communication disorders and dysfunction. Fosters change and teamwork to ensure constructive relationships and growth, while maintaining a positive and professional image when interacting with patients, their families, physicians, employees and general public.

Hours: Per Diem, 0.01 FTE, Day Shift, 40 Hours Per Week.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree - Speech Language Pathology. Or,
  • D.O. - Speech Language Pathology.
  • Alaska Speech Language Pathologist License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year - Experience.
