Passionate about developing and innovating the technology backend used in Computer Graphic workflows?

Then bring you expertise to the product team and help us develop and innovate the next generation of computer graphic workflows and assets used in the LEGO Group with the intent of creating flow, consistency and efficiency in the process from digital assets are created until they are consumed in the marketing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop for our CG (Computer Graphics) platform pipelines and DCC workflow tools that enable our end users to create CG content

  • Support the creation of the architecture needed to support the platform and tools and secure integrations with other product teams

  • Design and build the distribution pipelines and API’s that make our data securely accessible

  • Joint technical ownership for the solution: together with your fellow engineers you will own HOW we solve the user’s problems

  • Be a great teammate that loves the dynamics of an autonomous full-featured product team with an end-to-end responsibility working in close collaboration with the business

Requirements

  • Significant experience working with software product development as a senior developer with 3D/VFX workflow experience preferably in Python

  • A DevOps mindset towards securing operation of business-critical applications

  • Understanding Domain Driven Design and loosely coupled components

  • Knowledge with the AWS and/or Azure infrastructure setup related to web services

  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working on Agile development teams

  • Good general understanding of 3D, CG and VFX pipelines, including asset creation, texturing, lighting, rigging and posing

Nice to have

  • We use technologies such as: AWS, Terraform, Python, OpenAPI, Maya, Github, C++. You do not need to know them all, but you need to be open to learn them.
