We are looking for a senior creative, who is ready to take the step of a lifetime and join us as an Associate Creative Director in-house at Our LEGO® Agency (OLA).

Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead global creative campaigns across all platforms (OESP ecosystem) for major LEGO ® Masterbrand projects.
Collaborate with global strategy teams to craft clear and actionable creative briefs that align with marketing goals.
Guide and mentor creative teams through concept development, storytelling, and design to ensure outstanding output.
Champion innovative and human-centric ideas bringing fresh approaches to brand storytelling.
Form effective working relationships with OLA creative leaders, the OLA Leadership team, OLA market leads and Senior LEGO Brand and Product Group collaborators.

Our LEGO® Agency is one of the largest in-house agencies in the world with hubs located around the world. We are committed to crafting playful, inspiring, and distinctly outstanding creative work that appeals to children and families alike.
Based in Copenhagen, the ACD will be working with the Masterbrand team on some of the biggest global projects in a role equivalent to GCD in an external creative agency. This role will help shape the OLA’s creative direction, lead and inspire creative teams, and produce innovative, playful, and high-reaching work to elevate the LEGO ® brand across the globe.

Do you have what it takes?
A proven record in delivering integrated, award-winning conceptual brand campaigns, across digital and experiential platforms.
Substantial experience as a creative and an emerging leader within global or in-house agencies, able to lead teams, complex results, production partners and multiple senior collaborators.
Demonstrated creative initiative with an ambition to transform a premier creative play brand with breathtaking creative ideas.
Extraordinary skills in conceptual Art Direction or Copywriting, with a hands-on approach when necessary.
A clear understanding of the modern media landscape and audience-first strategies, with a passion for connecting with diverse global audiences.
Exceptional communication, presentation and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire diverse creative teams and brand partners alike.
An adaptable and dedicated individual with a sense of humour - hard on the work but always kind to the people around them.
