Job Title: Travel Controls Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a a strong Control Technician for a traveling role. In this position, you'll be working on parcel and sorting machines at various client sites. Please note that this role requires travel to states across the entire United States.

Hard Skills

  • Automation equipment

  • Allen Bradley PLC

  • Perform troubleshooting of machines and systems using testing instruments to diagnose issues

  • Remove faulty components and replace them and repair and modify machines

  • Wrote and submitted technical maintenance reports

Requirements:

  • OSHA 30

  • Provide own tools

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). During the contracted period, you will be paid weekly and OT pay will be 1.5x. Full medical, vision, dental and 401k benefits will be offered.

Work Site

This is a full-time travelling position. Projects can range from 8-15+ days.

Work Environment

In this role, you'll be a part of a small, dynamic team, typically composed of 5 members. As projects expand, there's potential for team growth. Our client is in the process of winning 40+ more projects that will extend far into 2025.
