We are looking for a Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our Prefab Shop in Knoxville, TN. You will help to build sheet metal for ductwork for our commercial construction job. You will be working in a covered shop assembling materials and ensuring accurate completion of assigned tasks.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Fabricate and assemble sheet metal products for our commercial construction sites.
Operate different hand tools such as shears, benders, presses, etc.
Read labeling to ensure all products are built correctly to preset designs.
Other duties as assigned.
Experience, Training, and/or Certification:
This is an entry-level position. We will teach you the skills needed to perform the job. Promotion opportunities will be available.
Experience working with schematics or blueprints will be helpful but not required.

Function capably in extremes of heat and cold in a warehouse setting.
Physically fit to stand and walk throughout the workday, reach outward constantly, and often lift/carry up to 60 lbs.

Exercise fine motor control, with excellent hand-eye coordination.
