We're looking for a dynamic individual with a strong grasp of product management and experience in the insurance industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as a proven track record of execution-focused leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and manage innovative ideas to drive product development.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally with internal departments to create a comprehensive product roadmap.
• Develop and enhance products and services that meet customer needs, drive growth, and create value.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to influence and build consensus without direct authority
• A collaborative mindset and a willingness to continuously seek best-in-class solutions
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Visio and other Windows-based programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Required Education, Credentials and Experience

• Four-year degree, MBA a plus
• Previous experience in new product development, brand management, insurance, marketing, development
• Ability to balance competing priorities and manage ambiguity
• Experience planning multiple workstreams and leading cross functional projects
