BrightStar Care is looking for a mature individual(s). Must be self-motivated & able to work as a team and independently.  This is an entry-level office position!   Please read description carefully: Weekly Required hours will be Monday through Friday 8:30-5pm + there will be required "On-Call" hours & some weekend hours. No exceptions! (Will be Part-time if (2) positions are filled and the hours will be split) Both individuals will share in the tasks and duties associated with this position.  Both individuals will be required to work as a team and will help one another with recruiting and scheduling (staffing) duties.   This position will require the individual to learn and understand our company's digital software and other aspects of the daily operations. This position will have the ability for growth within the company and for the individuals to build the programs into a vital part of BrightStar Care.  The individual(s) for this position will be able to work with and mentor other healthcare professionals. Both persons will be responsible for Recruiting & Scheduling. Position(s) will Key Roles for position:  Computer efficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.  Able to learn & master BrightStar's software system.  Excellent Communication skills.  Able to problem solve.  Able to recruit, interview and hire for programs.  Able to schedule medical staff for Home Care visits. Ability to complete general clerical duties timely.
