Home Health Aides will enjoy: * Negotiable/Competitive pay based off of experience * Short or long shifts * On the job training/ online training provided * As needed/PRN scheduling * WEEKLY PAY * NOW HIRING PRN (As Needed) and Part-Time positions Home Health Aid Responsibilities: * Help clients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing and other daily tasks * Perform basic health care services for clients including checking vital signs or administering prescription medication * Help with general light housekeeping, including cooking meals * Make transportation arrangements or provide transportation for clients as needed * Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, doctors and family members * Observe and report on each client’s condition * Stay up-to-date with home health aide training, policies and procedures Home Health Aid Requirements: * Previous CNA experience in a long term care, hospital, home health or assisted living/memory care setting * High school diploma or equivalent required * COVID-19 vaccine proof, TB and other vaccines * Access to reliable transportation * Current CPR (American Heart Association) Certification * Must be able to pass a criminal background check * Ability to think and work both independently and with direction * Must have exceptional personal hygiene * Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner * Knowledge of basic housekeeping
