The Default Servicing Phone Agent is responsible for contacting past due customers on DDAs, Consumer Credit Cards, Consumer Loans, Lines, Real Estate Loans and HELOCs.
Specific responsibilities include the following:
Negotiates and facilitates loan payment schedules for customersFollows up on loan repayment agreementsAnalyzes and determines future disposition of customer's accountVerifies and documents all applicable information into collection systemAttempts to negotiate payments via expedited payment methodsAbility to evaluate situations and make appropriate business decisions
Set schedules available within hours of operation: Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 8:00 PMAverage 40 hours/week
Must be available to train Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) PREFERRED -- Must be able to communicate proficiently in both English & Spanish.
