Job Description

The purpose of this job is to contribute to all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.

Essential Functions

  1. Execute user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules

  2. Complete salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports

  3. Lead efforts in Sandbox environment testing

  4. Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience

  5. Identify unused or underutilized platform features

  6. Manage data to improve Salesforce data quality, to include implementing rules and automation as needed

  7. Perform proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer

  8. Respond to User Support Tickets

  9. Monitor and improve user adoption

  10. Develop and update new user and ongoing user training

  11. Create and Maintain Technical documentation

  12. Interphase with integrated applications including [Gearset, Own, DocuSign, Asset360, etc]

  13. Provide clear technical communication to business owners

  14. Complete change management processes

  15. Perform standard team intake/Devops/development processes

  16. Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level

  17. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures

  18. Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  1. Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 2+ years’ of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience

  2. Trailhead Badges/Super Badges

  3. Certified Salesforce Administrator

  4. Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification
