Job Description:

As "Global Product Manager Services & Integration" you will be responsible to make Nobel Biocare implants and restorative solutions more easily accessible to even more clinicians and dental laboratories. This includes both in-lab CAD/CAM restorative solutions as well as services to simplify the execution of the surgical and restorative procedure.

  • Responsible for the entire product life cycle of the product/service offering and define the vision and strategy as well as portfolio roadmap.

  • Provide the content and structure for the product positioning, key benefits as well as training programs aimed at the targeted customer segment.

  • Specify market requirements for current and future solutions by conducting market research and collecting Voice of Customer and Voice of Sales.

  • Lead initiatives to develop and launch new services and software integrations

  • Work cross functionally with all product areas (software, surgical, restorative and regeneratives) to secure the full Nobel Biocare offering is included in our service offering.

  • Work closely with external 3rd parties to assess partnerships & licensing opportunities.

  • Engage with sales channels across all our regions as well as with key customers and opinion leaders to drive commercial success.

Job Requirements:

Job Requirements:

  • Solid education within medical technology, product management, marketing or business administration.

  • 10+ years experience in the medical device industry. Experience from the dental field is advantageous.

  • Proven experience of restorative or surgical applications within the medical device field.

  • Strong project management skills and experience to work cross-functionally and in multi-cultural teams (matrix organizations)

  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication (written and oral) skills

  • Able to work in a dynamic and international environment

  • Demonstrated high degree of initiative

  • High degree of curiosity, creativity and intuition

  • Strong, convincing, trustworthy and highly ethical person

  • Able to effectively communicate with health care providers

  • Willingness to travel (10 - 20%)

  • Fluent in spoken and written English, additional languages are an asset
