REGIONAL SERVICE & AFTERMARKET MANAGER

Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic leader to drive service and aftermarket success in a key region encompassing the UK, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, and Spain. In collaboration with country teams, you will develop and execute business strategies to expand our aftermarket portfolio, increase sales, and enhance customer satisfaction. This role involves leading and coordinating service and aftermarket activities while ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering exceptional quality. Additionally, you will work to create an efficient, high-performing service environment that prioritizes both team well-being and outstanding customer outcomes.
This is a hybrid-remote role, you are welcome to join us from the UK, Sweden, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy or Spain.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute the regional service plan, ensuring activities are completed, targets are met, and local teams are supported,
Develop and maintain customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities,
Establish and refine processes, ensuring quality and consistency,
Plan and execute marketing activities to drive regional growth,
Implement measures to enhance customer satisfaction,
Improve productivity and efficiency within service operations,
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to optimize service delivery,
Drive additional sales of products and services,
Provide regular reporting and maintain communication with stakeholders,
Lead improvement projects across service operations,
Participate in the country/cluster management team and report to the Director of Service EMEA.
Qualifications & Skills:
Technical education, such as a high school diploma in mechanics or electrical engineering (mechatronics), or a comparable technical apprenticeship/certification,
Valid B driving license,
Relevant local certifications, where applicable,
Experience in technical field service and/or sales, preferably within the medical device industry,
Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and engage teams,
Strong understanding of after-sales/service operations,
Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Windows,
Fluency in English and at least one local language in the region (Spanish, Dutch, French, or Italian), both written and spoken.
