Permobil, a leading power wheelchair manufacturing company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager for Digital Services. This role is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of mobility and independence for individuals who use our products.
In this role you will be part of thePermobil Group Services teamand work to evolve ourPermobil Connect platformto be even more relevant for our users and customers. The Permobil Connect platform is made up of three main tools. MyPermobil is the app for our users which keeps us connected to them and gives insights on wheelchair usage including driving range, battery care, and seating positions. Permobil Fleet Management is a tool in which our customers can have control of their connected wheelchair fleet and get valuable information about the status of the wheelchairs as well as advice on what action is needed to maintain uptime. Permobil QuickConfig is our next-generation smart programming tool which is an innovative way to configure and service our products in the field.
Role and Responsibilities
Develop and manage the product roadmap for our connected wheelchair services, ensuring alignment with market needs and our software development pipeline.
Collaborate with international cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to deliver innovative digital solutions that enhance the user experience of our power wheelchairs.
Conduct global market research to understand customer needs, identify gaps and opportunities, and translate these into product requirements.
Work closely with software development teams to ensure timely delivery of digital services.
Monitor and analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve our digital services.
Qualifications
Proven experience in product management, preferably in the digital services sector.
Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Passion for improving the lives of our users through innovative digital solutions.
University degree in business, engineering, IT or related.
