Store Manager Responsibilities:
Always maintain a guest service focus
Build and foster a team-oriented store culture
Desire to develop a great team and build future leaders
Inventory and food cost control
Scheduling and labor cost control
Meet health and brand standards
Ensure proper cash controls and loss prevention measures
Conduct employee interviews and make personnel decisions

Requirements
Must have open availability
Minimum 18+ years of age
1 year managerial experience required
Previous fast food or quick service restaurant experience strongly preferred
