Robert Half Product Manager in Kissimmee, Florida

Description We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team in Kissimmee, Florida. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing strategic roadmaps and collaborating with various internal and external partners. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity and is focused on the technology industry, specifically digital experiences and technical integration.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with multiple internal and external partners to produce consolidated strategic roadmaps for ongoing and planned initiatives.

• Monitor the overall product health within the domain and take appropriate action as required.

• Conduct industry, market, and internal research to identify current state and opportunities for future growth.

• Collaborate with various disciplines including Product Management, Operations Integration, Site Operations, Marketing, Consumer Insights, Creative Design, Analytics, Software Engineering, and more.

• Synthesize a large amount of data into strategic recommendations that will drive the customer and team experience forward.

• Manage customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

• Oversee customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Use various tools and software such as Figma, Keynote, and PP to support operations and decision-making. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in Product Management and Software Engineering

• Proficiency in using tools such as Figma and Keynote

• Capable of effectively collaborating with internal and external partners

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

• Experience in digital marketing and creation of digital experiences

• Ability to conduct thorough research and synthesize data into strategic recommendations

• Strong understanding of payroll functions and operations

• Proven ability in monitoring and integration of various tools and platforms

• Experience in working with a creative design group

• Ability to travel as per job requirements

• Solid understanding and experience in analytics

• Proficiency in workstation support and system integration

• Experience in working with partners and managing relationships

• Understanding of conductivity and its applications in product management

• Strong consumer insights and ability to translate them into product improvements
