A.T. Still University KCOM - Testing Coordinator in Kirksville, Missouri

Description

A.T. Still University's Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine (ATSU-KCOM) is seeking a non-exempt Testing Coordinator for the Curriculum/Medical Education department on the Kirksville, Missouri, campus. The Testing Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of exam administration with electronic testing software and reports to the Supervisor of Curriculum and the Associate Dean for Curriculum.

Major Job Duties

  • Responsible for exam creation, administration, and reporting of results.

  • Provide faculty course directors/support staff with the timeline.

  • Work as part of a collaborative team to serve the educational mission of the school.

  • Provide seating charts for exams.

  • Provide staff support for maintaining the exam question database.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Create exam taker accounts, courses/classes, and assessments in advance within the testing software.

  • Train new staff to use the exam database.

Education/Experience

  • 6-12 months experience preferred.

  • Could acquire on-the-job experience.

  • Computer literacy.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Drive, basic knowledge of software navigation.

  • Computer, general office equipment, multimedia equipment (in conjunction with Academic Technologies).
