Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

As a Compliance Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in coordinating and implementing compliance programs and policies, staying ahead of emerging trends and developments in HIPAA, CFR Part 2, and other relevant domains. Working together with Directors of Compliance and Compliance Partners, you'll carry out day-to-day tasks, track compliance metrics, and identify risks before they escalate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing ongoing support to the Compliance department for the effective implementation and coordination of compliance programs and policies.
  • Provide aid to Directors of Compliance, Compliance Partners and the department in carrying out day to day compliance activities.
  • Keep apprised of regulations, corporate policies, and industry best practices
  • Regularly monitor compliance activities, developing mitigation strategies for at-risk practices
  • Implement and maintain compliance policies and initiatives, ensuring alignment with legal frameworks
  • Investigate hotline calls, complaints, and reports of misconduct, issuing thorough reports
  • Collaborate with committees, responding to queries, and performing follow-ups as necessary

Education and/or Experience Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferred Prior experience in mental health, substance use disorder services, or healthcare compliance, preferred

Additional Qualifications: Robust understanding of compliance matters, HIPAA, and CFR Part 2 Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex topics clearly Organizational agility, juggling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines Willingness to travel, occasionally spending nights away from home
