CrowdStrike, Inc. Sales Operations Analyst (Remote) in Kirkland, Washington

CrowdStrike, Inc. Full time R19054 About the Role: This role will be responsible for day-to-day operations supporting a subset of the Americas Sales org. The successful candidate will partner with the Regional Directors and field-based sellers to build out process, strategic planning, report on key metrics, forecasting, assist with quoting and deal execution, onboard new sales reps, identify improvement areas and advocate for the team. Define KPIs for CrowdStrike Sales Organization.

  • Translate business objectives into actionable analysis

  • Build & automate weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting using next-gen tools.

  • Ad hoc reporting & analysis

What You'll Do:

  • Forecasting

    • Assist with rep level forecasting

    • Ensure accurate date and term information

    • Identify inconsistencies in forecast values

    • Ensure correct contract linkage in renewals

  • Annual Operating Plan

    • Assisting in the development, creation, and implementation of Regional planning for annual growth

    • Identifying and cleaning up territory and customer/prospect account data

    • Assist in modeling and analyzing sales territory scenarios.

    • Data validation

  • Quoting

    • Assist reps in creating and verifying Salesforce opportunity forecasting

    • Deal Strategy

    • Documenting new product releases and product dependencies

    • Assisting with add-on quotes

  • Support

    • Supporting Field Sales with systems & tools (SFDC, Clari, Tableau)

    • Light admin work in SFDC and Clari

    • Assist in onboarding and training new reps

  • Reporting and Analytics

    • Create dashboards and reports for rep level visibility

    • Enable Sales with Tableau dashboards

    • Assist in drafting executive presentations (PowerPoint)

    • Participate in Quarterly Business Review with Regional leaders

    • Ad hoc: cross-functional reporting and dashboards

  • Data Quality

    • Partner with data team in identifying and resolving data quality issues
  • Special Projects

    • Identify gaps in the business and work towards a solution

    • Cross-functional collaboration on project with a team in Ops

What You'll Need:

  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Finance or IT function.

  • Relevant industry experience: High Tech, SaaS, Security

  • Experience with Salesforce.com{target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"} is preferred

  • Prior experience with MS Excel.

  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools preferred (Clari, Tableau).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Detail oriented and reliable with strong organizational skills.

  • Tech savvy & excited to work in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or another quantitative field.
