Job description

The Recruiter is responsible for the entire recruitment cycle: planning, facilitating, coordinating and implementing internal and external recruitment and selection of personnel for employee, supervisor and manager positions.

Complementary description

    • Duties include but are not limited to:
    • Write job descriptions
    • Advertising and distributing job postings on various platforms such as websites, schools and social networks
    • Sourcing talent
    • Screening through behavioral interviews
    • Coordinate pre-employment screening and testing with various suppliers
    • Negotiate job offers
    • Conduct onboarding and integration of new employees
    • Record new hires and internal transfers in the computer systems
    • Maintain various KPI's and key indicators regarding recruitment activities
    • Build partnerships with various schools and organizations and coordinate internships throughout the company
    • Suggest ways to retain employees and collaborate in the analysis of employee turnover
    • Update documentation and policies related to recruitment activities
    • Manage uniforms
    • Participate in other related projects related to the Human Resources department

Job requirements

    • Education: DEC or BAC in human resources and/or equivalent experience
    • Experience: 1 to 4 years in a similar position
    • Computer Skills: proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), previous experience with ADP Workforce Now and Kronos an asset
    • Other Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to communicate in French and English
    • Experience in mass recruitment
    • Attention to detail and ability to work with multiple deadlines
    • Strong interpersonal and interpersonal skills
    • Proactive, organized, efficient, autonomous and resourceful
