Job Description

WHAT’S THE JOB?

The Operations support Administrator , reporting to the Account Director, is responsible for exhibiting polite and professional communication via phone, and e-mail; must collaborate with other support personnel, management and clients on a regular basis.

Your work will include:

  • Answer inquiries

  • Assist with laundry and cleaning

  • Complete payroll and attendance

  • Assist with all documentation for HR and Health and Safety processes

  • Maintain electronic filing system

  • Write, edit and scan documents for tracking

Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills: Advanced Excel and Outlook are necessary

  • Organizing and prioritizing are the core elements of this role. You must know how to keep yourself organized and how to determine which tasks are the most important.

  • Writing with excellent spelling, punctuation, sentence structure. Must be proficient in a variety of styles, from creative to professional to technical to education and more.

  • A minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience

  • Minimum 5 years residing in Canada

  • A clear criminal record check is required for this role
