Our Canadian operations have expanded with a 170,000 square foot fiberglass manufacturing facility on a 148 acres site in Bath, Loyalist Township in Ontario, Canada! This new facility has enabled us to more effectively and efficiently serve markets in the eastern half of Canada, as well as the Northeast and upper Midwest of the United States, producing pools for its fiberglass brands including Latham and Narellan Pools.

We are looking for a full-time CDL Driver to join our rapidly growing business in Kingston, ON. Those with Fiberglass manufacturing experience are highly encouraged to apply, the starting wage will be adjusted based on the skills and experience.

CDL Driver Do you want to join the largest manufacturer of fabricated pools in the world and be part of the delivery team by delivering locally manufactured fiberglass pools to homeowners’ backyards?This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our drivers in our new facility.

Duties include but are not limited to:

· Safely operate company vehicle, delivering wide loads up to 16 feet.

· Preparing and loading pools for shipments

· Work as a representative of the company to deliver pools to the homeowner

· Physical requirements of the position include but are not limited to prolonged standing, frequent bending/reaching/stooping, overhead work for 8-to-12-hour shifts, lifting up to fifty (50) pounds.

· Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, hard hat, gloves, and/or protective outerwear and safety shoes are required. Exposure to dust, odors/fumes, heat or cold (dependent upon weather conditions) and noise is typical.

· During the slow delivery periods you will assist with facility maintenance and/or become part of the production team, and this will require you to have the ability to wear a respirator while working on the production of pools.

Qualifications:

· Experience hauling flatbed and oversize loads is an asset

· AZ License preferred; AR License is acceptable.

· Experience with HOS regulations, E-logs and DVIR.

· Able to cross into USA and operate within standards of the FMCSR is preferred but not a requirement.

· Clean driving record with drivers abstract and CVOR abstract.

· Mechanically inclined, with a willingness to learn new things as you may be asked to detail or do small repairs to a pool onsite and participate in the manufacturing process during the off season.

· Ability to use a smart phone and a GPS.

· A stay busy attitude when not on the road and a willingness to do manual labour around the facility.

· Typical deliveries are 1 day run. Able to travel away from home for 2-4 days run at a time as and when required
