Responsible for managing technical projects from inception to implementation. Establish Data Quality vision, strategy, roadmap and implement end to end Data Quality Process and Solution in Data warehousing. Translate business partner requirements into functional process and data specifications. Use appropriate modeling and documentation techniques, translate functional specifications into detailed system design specification. Analyze and gather requirements by coordinating with business users. Perform project estimation and defined scope. Prepare high level and low-level design specification. Architect Data Quality/Data integration/ETL solutions. Define, build and support enterprise data warehouse and tools used by application development teams to build business application systems. Coordinate and direct all phases of project-based efforts by managing, motivating and leading project teams. Make critical decision that define project direction. Provide guidance to junior team members and escalate and provide recommendation on highly complex issues. Communicate and collaborate with leadership and vendor executives on status, issues and decision to implement outcomes. Analyze, communicate, and manage risk that threaten critical success factors, communicate extensively with business partners to facilitate desired outcome and clarify expectations. Responsible for completion and accuracy of all planning, design, development, and testing/vendor deliverables. Facilitate code reviews, design sessions, and architectural reviews. Contribute to the growth and continued use of the knowledge capital built throughout the project. Mentor project team and foster a learning environment. Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change. Manage the process of innovative change effectively. Use the following to perform the above job duties: ETL, DBT, SnowSQL, Python scripts, HQL queries, Hadoop, Snowflake, SQL, and SQL Server.
