Description

We are seeking a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in the Waste, Refuse & Environmental Waste Management industry, situated in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing medium to large scale enterprise-wide projects, implementing software and enterprise applications, and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage medium to large scale enterprise-wide projects, coordinating resources from different teams, establishing project milestones, and monitoring project activity.

• Implement software and enterprise applications to enhance staff productivity and optimize business operations.

• Ensure compliance with audit requirements, SOX, and operational controls.

• Develop and secure approval for project scope, objectives, and related timelines.

• Develop contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies, and manage issue logs.

• Act as a liaison with other functional and technical teams for all project activity.

• Assist in resolving issues and mitigating individual risks.

• Select methodology and establish documentation standards for the project team.

• Publish metrics reporting, status, and dashboards, and organize periodic review meetings with senior management.

• Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements • Proficient in CRM and Database management

• Demonstrated experience in Budget Processes

• Expertise in Change Management

• Excellent Communication skills

• Familiarity with Waterfall and Waterfall Agile methodologies

• PMI certification or relevant experience

• Experience in the Waste, Refuse & Environmental Waste Management industry

• Proven track record as a Project Manager or Senior Consultant

• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a team effectively

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations in the industry

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• High level of professionalism and ethical standards
