Robert Half Project Manager/Sr. Consultant in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant. It and involves managing large scale projects, implementing software, and liaising with other functional teams.

Responsibilities: • Oversee medium to large scale projects, including defining milestones, creating project plans, and establishing release guidelines. • Implement software and enterprise applications to optimize staff productivity and business operations. • Generate metrics reports, status updates, and dashboards for senior management reviews. • Ensure compliance with audit requirements and operational controls. • Develop project scope, objectives, and time schedules and secure necessary approvals and commitments. • Formulate contingency plans, risk mitigation strategies, and manage issue logs. • Facilitate resolution of issues and risk mitigation. • Collaborate with other functional and technical teams for all project activities. • Assist in selecting methodology and documentation standards for the project team. • Carry out other tasks as assigned by management within the scope of the role. Requirements • Proven experience in the Waste, Refuse & Environmental Waste Management industry

• Demonstrated skills in project management and consultancy

• Proficiency in CRM, Database, and Budget Processes

• Strong background in Change Management

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Knowledge and experience in Waterfall and Waterfall Agile methodologies

• PMI certification or relevant detail oriented certification

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills

• Proven track record in delivering successful projects in a related industry

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Proficiency in using project management software and tools

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks

• High attention to detail and quality
