Eurofins Materials Management Associate II in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania

Log-in material upon receipt.
Physically inspect materials for damage and ensure cold chain compliance.
Store materials in appropriately identified manner in suitable environment.
Maintain inventory records (paper and electronic)
Sample raw materials, as needed, for testing.
Update material status to conform to GMP intended use.
Package materials for shipment.
Track materials during shipment.
Maintain warehouse in GMP state.
Ensure that equipment is maintained in a properly functioning state.
Contribute to the creation and revision of Material specifications, standard operating procedures, and working instructions.
Maintain housekeeping of the area and restocking of general supplies.
Manage inventories and schedule activities appropriately.
Ensure area compliance to safety, GMP, procedures, and escalate issues as needed.
Contribute to relevant investigations and corrective and preventative actions as needed
High school diploma and 4 years or more of equivalent experience; or associate degree in a technical field with 2 years or more of directly related experience; or BS/BA in a technical field with 1 or more years directly related experience.
Directly related experience must provide a baseline understanding of technical nomenclature and language, and mathematical formulas that may be required for performing steps.
Strong computer and organizational skills
Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions/SOPs, and comply with company policies
Prior experience in a GMP environment and ability to understand/comply with GMP procedures and documentation and all required safety codes and regulations
Prior experience in a Pharmaceutical environment.
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
