Job Summary 

CrossTech is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist with 5+ years of experience; this is a full-time position with Crosstech. The ideal candidate will have worked in a staffing environment and/or large HR department, has a strong HR foundation, is a self-starter and is familiar with Pa HR laws. Additionally, the ideal candidate is resourceful, has outstanding communication and organizational skills, and enjoys working with people. Key Responsibilities 

· Handle all HR related matters and filings ensuring alignment with federal and state regulations and compliance, as well as client requirements. 

· Understand and ensure CrossTech adheres to all pertinent labor laws for the respective states. 

· Manage and address internal and external HR inquiries and documentaton. 

· Develop and streamline company policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately. 

· Coordinate all onboarding and offboarding activities. 

· Assist with benefits selection, payroll and incentive programs. 

· Assist with creation and management of CrossTech internship program. 

· Coordinate employee handbook/legal review of all necessary documents and handle distribution process. 

· Support global team as needed. 

· Any additional tasks needed to support the management of HR department. 

 

Qualifications and Skills 

· 5+ years of professional Human Resources Generalist experience. 

· Working experience/knowledge in the staffing business highly preferred. 

· Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources or related field is preferred but not required. 

· Ability to show thorough knowledge of HR principles and federal/local regulations through questions, discussion, and completed tasks. 

· Working knowledge of PA/NJ law is desired. 

· Payroll experience preferred, not required. 

· Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

· Excellent interpersonal skills. 

· Demonstrated experience with MS Office 365 and applicant tracking systems, with the willingness and ability to learn other software applications. 

· Experience reviewing and writing HR policies, procedures, and job descriptions. 

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential. 

· Exemplary organization, project management, and time management skills. 

· Exceptional work ethic and process driven focus. 

· Ability to work both autonomously and with others in a fast-paced environment. 

· Discretion and confidentiality related to all company and employee information are required. 

· Ability to multi-task, adjust to evolving business needs, and prioritize daily workloads is required. 

 

Position Terms and Work Environment 

· Hybrid position -- Work from home primarily with office days required. 

 

Compensation 

$25-$30/hr
