Operate in an innovative, fast-paced and collaborative organization. Partner with R&D scientists and business leaders to advance our winning strategy by creating and protecting sustainable materials and solutions. Maximize intellectual property assets by: drafting high quality patent applications; executing sophisticated patent prosecution strategies; giving tactical guidance on the development, acquisition, utilization, and enforcement of global patent portfolios; and protecting new products, processes, and trade secrets. Help guide regular portfolio reviews and evaluation. Offer regular IP trainings and presentations. Negotiate intellectual property agreements with joint development partners, major research centers, customers, and suppliers. Deliver strategic IP advice for acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, financings, restructurings and grant applications. Maintain close global coordination. Grow our portfolio and expand your experience.

QUALIFICATIONS B.S. in chemical discipline Juris Doctorate Admitted to practice law in PA, and registered to practice before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office Minimum 10 years of experience in intellectual property law (patents, trademarks and trade secrets) Both law firm and in-house experience preferred
