Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. This role will involve working closely with accounting software systems, focusing on accounts receivable and billing functions, and other related duties in our telecommunications team.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently

• Maintain accurate customer credit records

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and Great Plains (GPAC) to maintain and update financial records

• Operate IBM AS/400 system for various accounting functions

• Use Microsoft Excel and other Office Suites for data management and reporting

• Oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing

• Manage billing functions, including check processing

• Monitor and record cash activity for financial reporting

• Streamline the collections and accounts receivable process using QuickBooks. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Knowledge and experience in Great Plains (GPAC)

• Familiarity with IBM AS/400

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites

• Familiarity with Accounting Functions

• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to perform Billing Functions

• Experience in handling Cash Activity

• Proficiency in Check Processing
