Description We are offering a unique opportunity for an Accounting Clerk to join our team in the IT Software industry based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. This role primarily revolves around processing customer credit applications, maintaining customer credit records, and providing assistance with audit requests and invoice processing. This is a contract role that requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner

• Maintain and update customer credit records to ensure accuracy

• Address and resolve customer credit inquiries promptly and professionally

• Monitor customer credit accounts regularly and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments

• Assist with audit requests by providing necessary data and information

• Support the team with invoice processing tasks

• Use Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze data effectively

• Report to the senior management regularly about any discrepancies or issues

• Collaborate with other team members to improve and streamline processes

• Adhere to all company standards and regulations in performing duties. Requirements • Applicant must hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

• Previous experience in an Accounting Clerk role or similar is preferred.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Candidates should possess excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion is necessary.

• Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience with IT software industry is a plus.

• Candidates should be able to multitask and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in other accounting software will be advantageous.

• Strong problem-solving skills are required.
