We are seeking a diligent and reliable Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. The Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. This role is essential to maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Dishwashing:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment.
- Ensure all items are properly stored in their designated areas after washing.
- Inspect dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and report any damage or issues to the supervisor.
Kitchen Maintenance:
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sweeping and mopping floors.
- Dispose of kitchen waste and recyclables properly.
- Assist in cleaning kitchen equipment, counters, and floors to ensure overall kitchen hygiene.
- Monitor and restock dishwashing supplies as needed.
Team Support:
- Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks as needed, such as moving supplies or organizing storage areas.
- Communicate effectively with team members to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
