FirstService Residential Night Cleaner in Killington, Vermont
Job Overview:
This job involves a nightly deep cleaning and disinfecting of the fitness center, locker rooms and pool area, including saunas and steam room, along with the pool deck. It involves being able to work late hours (beginning after 9pm), and requires an attention to detail and overall cleanliness.
Please note, this is an overnight position and we are seeking both full-time and part-time associates.
Your Responsibilities:
- Vacuuming and mopping floors in multiple locations within the fitness/pool area
- Wiping down/disinfecting fitness equipment
- Emptying trash from multiple locations in the fitness/pool area
- Removing used towels and restocking with clean towels
- Cleaning public bathrooms
- Cleaning pool locker rooms, including showers, toilets, sinks and mirrors
- Cleaning interior and exterior of saunas located in the pool area
- Squeegee, scrub and hose down steam room on a nightly basis
- Other projects as assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
Previouscustodial experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalency
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service,communicationand interpersonal skills.
Skill in developing andmaintaininggood working relationships.

Compensation :
$25.00 - $26.00/hour
