Summary of Position:
This position will manage the day to day operations of KNCT-FM .
Minimum Required Education:
Bachelor's degree from a nationally, regionally or identified at the state level accredited institution in an appropriate technical or business field required.
Minimum Required Experience:
Three years management experience (or comparable in radio broadcast stations, preferably in non-commercial radio stations), five years experience preferred. One year supervisory experience required.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated experience in station development, programing and digital services.
- Demonstrated experience in station and on- line technical expertise preferred.
- Experienced and knowledgeable of FCC Rules and Regulations relating to noncommercial station operations.
- Experienced and knowledge of CPB policies relating to radio operations required.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage an annual operating budget.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Hours:
Full-time, indicate working hours - Mon - Thur 7:30am - 5:30pm Fri 7:30-11:30am
