Hourly Rate 11.55

Hours Full-time, indicate working hours - Mon-Thu 7:30-5:30 Fri 7:30-11:30

Summary of Position

Performs moderate to complex administrative tasks to assist the Associate Vice Chancellor/Chief Strategic Officer of Business Services Division.

Minimum Required Education

High School Diploma or GED required.

Minimum Required Experience

Six years wage earning clerical experience or certification / successful completion of relevant trade school or (30 credit hours) and two years wage earning clerical experience or Associates Degree and one year wage earning clerical experience is required.

A copy of certificates and/or college transcripts is required with application for evaluation purposes.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

  • Ability to write and speak clearly.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of English grammar.

  • Ability to proof and edit documents for accuracy and consistency.

  • Working knowledge of functional filing systems, both manual and computerized.

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality concerning sensitive organizational and personnel matters.

  • Ability to multi-task.
