We are seeking a dedicated and versatileBusiness and Administrative Support Specialistto join our commercial team inKiev, Ukraine.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive business and administrative support to leaders and employees, ensuring smooth office operations and contributing to various internal and external projects. Your proficiency, honed through job-related training and substantial on-the-job experience, enables you to perform a variety of tasks under limited supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Office Management: Oversee general office facility management, including maintenance of files, records, and distribution lists.

  • Document Management: Translate various documents and ensure accurate record-keeping.

  • Travel Coordination: Arrange business travel and coordinate internal meetings and events.

  • HR Support: Act as the local HR focal point, negotiating and supporting health and car insurance contracts.

  • Public Relations: Serve as the PR focal point, organizing internal and external projects such as advertisements in local professional media, conferences, and social responsibility initiatives.

  • Employee Resource Group Leadership: Lead and actively participate in the Women’s Inclusion Network (WIN) Employee Resource Group.

  • Project Management: Initiate, draft, submit, and realize donation and social responsibility projects, including support for orphanages, educational initiatives, and community empowerment programs.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of administrative experience in an internationally operating company is of advantage.

  • Outstanding communication skills.

  • Systematic approach to problem-solving and project implementation.

  • Excellent teamwork abilities.

  • Proven track record of delivering results in challenging conditions.

  • Enthusiastic and professional attitude.

  • Proficient MS Office user, experience in working with MS Teams is of advantage.

  • Comfortable with conversing and writing in English language.
