McLaughlin Research Corporation FACILITIES MANAGEMENT ANALYST-AG in Keyport, Washington

McLaughlin Research Corporation is seeking a Facilities Analyst to provide support services, including but not limited to:

Space Planning Support:

  • Receiving, reviewing and processing space change requests and entering into the system of record.
  • Tracking, scheduling and coordinating space changes, setup and teardowns.
  • Notifying personnel of scheduled space changes, setup and teardowns, maintaining requests and completion status in system of record.

Archibus Support

  • Migrating existing facility related data from legacy records and systems to Archibus system
  • Maintain database information in Archibus for NUWCDIVKPT buildings, facilities, structures and personnel information planning.
  • Assisting government personnel with all Facility information data systems including but not limited to iNFADS, Archibus, and Service Now to gather, enter or confirm data such as building and space utilization, occupancy types and locations of installed equipment. 

*Job Requirements:*

Education: Desirable to have a Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of analytical experience or an associates degree with 6-8 years of analytical experience. 

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

The hiring wage range is $38.00 to $ 43.00 per hour.
