JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position: Automotive Finance Manager Job Summary: As an Automotive Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in facilitating vehicle purchases by securing financing options for customers. You will work closely with sales teams and customers to structure deals that meet both their financial needs and the dealership\'s objectives. Your responsibilities will include arranging financing, presenting and selling aftermarket products and services, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: Financial Consultation: Provide financial advice and guidance to customers regarding vehicle financing options, including leases, loans, and extended warranties. Deal Structuring: Collaborate with sales personnel to structure deals that align with customer budgets and credit profiles while maximizing dealership profitability. Financing Arrangements: Secure financing through lenders by submitting credit applications and negotiating terms on behalf of customers. Product Presentation: Present and sell aftermarket products and services such as extended warranties, GAP insurance, and vehicle protection packages to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue. Paperwork Processing: Ensure accuracy and completeness of all finance and insurance paperwork, including contracts, loan agreements, and DMV documentation, while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the financing process, addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions, insurance companies, and other relevant partners to facilitate efficient financing processes. Compliance: Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure all financing activities adhere to legal and ethical guidelines. Performance Tracking: Monitor finance department performance metrics, such as penetration rates and finance reserve, and implement strategies to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction. Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to sales and finance personnel on finance and insurance processes, products, and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Previous experience in automotive finance, preferably in a dealership environment. Strong understanding of finance and insurance products, regulations, and compliance standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with customers and lending institutions. Proficiency in financial software and office applications. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
