Williams Inc Full Time Specialty Associate in Ketchikan, Alaska
Alaskan and Proud Markets is a locally owned and operated Grocery Store headquartered in Ketchikan, Alaska. We are looking for an energetic and innovative person to join our Ketchikan team. Our goal is to provide a great shopping experience while offering quality and affordable products. We are looking for someone to help continue to expand and improve on this program. This position is for a Full Time HBC and Specialty Associate Position. Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft programs. Excel, word, and email
- Able to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Strong work ethic and dependable
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Follow and comply with company policies and procedures including Health and Safety Policies
- Ability to lift 40-50 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Ability to stand/walk for a full 8-hr work shift.
- Basic full body motions: bending, twisting, squatting, lifting, and reaching.
- Flexibility with work schedule (including weekends, holidays, and overtime.)
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable Transportation and ability to arrive to work on time ready to start.
- Ability to wear face protection while working if it becomes required.

- Ordering and monitoring inventory
- Stocking and organizing
- Invoice and Ledgering
- Maintaining and following company policies and procedures
- Merchandising and cleaning
- Cashier when needed
- Misc. job tasks as assigned by store director or supervisor

Salary Range:
- $15/hr. - 20/hr. depends on qualifications and experience
