We are looking for a highly engaged and open minded individual, capable to take over the role as Sales Account Manager Perfumery in team in Germany. You will be part of a high-performance team and ensure we continue to delivery our ambitious revenue and profitability targets while playing an active role in utilizing top line synergies of the new dsm-firmenich organization.

Your key responsibilities:

• Define account objectives, develop commercial strategy through account plan to drive profitable sales growth.

• Develop successful working relationships with new & existing clients and establish dsm-firmenich as key partner to obtain briefs for profitable business. Negotiate favorable commercial terms pricing and payment terms.

• Partner internally with cross-functional teams (Fragrance Development, Marketing, Innovation etc.) to create holistic value propositions for clients.

• Build account sales budget annually, monitor sales and profitability versus given objective.

• Identify gaps and needs in client portfolio and set-up proactive plans to increase and defend market share. Identify and document business potentials and competitive landscape.

• Manage products life cycle, demand planning, customer care and supply chain efficiency to ensure high level of service to clients.

You bring:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or related field (Economics, Marketing, Science…).

• Minimum 3 years of flavor/fragrance/ingredient sales experience, sales/marketing and experience in FMCG.

• Ability to drive for results, with a competitive mindset.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Self-motivated team player with leadership skills and persistence.

• Computer literacy - fluent in English and German language.
