RAFTING BUS DRIVER- Seasonal Part-Time
> Rafting company on the Kern River - Enjoy mountain and river views and the excitement of our guests as they get prepared to experience the Kern River.
Buses are automatic and manual and will be towing trailer holding rafts. Duties:
- Transport guests and guides to and/or from river, follow OSHA laws, policies and regulations.
- Provide top-notch guest service to guests, before, after, and during their trip, and answer questions about trip specifics and local information.
- Document, conduct pre-trip inspections, and report any issues noticed to management.
- Maintenance of gear or facilities and assisting other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Class A or B licensed with Passenger and Airbrake endorsements required.
- Drive a stickshift.
- DOT physical is required.
- Must have clean driving record.
- Drug testing and background screening may be required.
- Strong customer service skills required.
- Provide excellent guest service.
- Safely transport our guests to and from the river.
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred but not required.
