Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Kentfield, California. The role involves managing financial records for our clients in various industries. You will be working in a dynamic environment where accuracy and attention to detail are paramount.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications

• Maintain accurate customer credit records

• Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions

• Conduct bank reconciliations for two bank accounts

• Handle billing and check processing tasks

• Manage personal books for two properties

• Utilize Intuit QuickBooks for all bookkeeping activities

• Ensure all financial records are up-to-date and accurate

• Collaborate with an accountant for year-end book closing. Requirements • Must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper

• Proficient in account reconciliation, bank reconciliations, bank deposit, and billing

• Strong ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports

• Excellent knowledge of bookkeeping practices and principles

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information

• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
