The combined experience and success of PPI Technical Services’ managers gives our customers confidence and the trust they deserve to deliver the results they expect.POSITION PURPOSEThis position plays a key role in leading the drive for execution and successful delivery of large and/ or complex projects in support of all assigned projects. Manages designated business operations projects having significant business unit impact while working closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule. Creates and maintains project plans, manages changes in tasks and goals and assigns resources to projects. Participates in development of requirements and specifications and contract finalization. Understanding and managing complex Foreign Military Sales programs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include some or all the following and are not intended to be all-inclusive. An employee’s specific job duties, priorities, and performance expectations are detailed in his/her individual performance plan.Lead process and cost analysis for existing and potential operational scenarios. Facilitate cross-functional teams to achieve consensus on optimal solutions. Lead documentation and implementation of procedures and metrics to improve global distribution practices. Act as an effective liaison between various functions to help define quality policies and procedures and ensure the highest levels of compliance and service. Communicate timely and clearly with key clients, end user, and various entities within the larger organization.Present project management techniques and operational standards.Provide project inspections to evaluate progress, and report results.Manage performance and change to continually improve the project management process.Facilitate implementation of new product lines and/or capabilities.Establish and track metrics for each assigned project.Conduct project meetings, prepares comprehensive agenda and providing thorough minutes.Prepare presentation decks for various meetings and deliver presentations.Review project deliverables for accuracy and apprises management of issues effecting project status. Offer proactive problem resolutions.Translate project requirements into project objectives and tasks, managing task assignment to project resources and reporting on and managing project scope throughout the lifecycle.Experience in program management of Foreign Military Sales contractsQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Examples include: resolving staff conflicts, and managing many simultaneous high priority projects and user requests.MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management.MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE7-10 years of Project Coordination & Management experience using structured methodology required including Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management. 5+ years’ working in
