Job Title: Production/Manufacturing Supervisor -- (Aerospace/manufacturing) Location with zip code:, Kent WA -Onsite Salary range : $82K/Yr. -- 130K/Yr. (depending on experience) on W2 with full benefits Shift: 2nd Shift Role and Responsibilities: Supervise and direct work activity of team members in assigned area. Effectively grows future key employees and leaders. Distribute workload appropriately. Train and mentor team members in root cause analysis and PDCA. Champion Lean Kaizen events to identify cost and time savings. Perform root cause analysis. Develop and deploy standardized work instructions of assigned department(s). Perform capacity analysis using build plans. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or engineering. Three years previous manufacturing supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand and/or walk for 8 hours per day. Ability to occasionally lift to 25 pounds.
