Overview:
Provide front end processing of requests for engineering drawings at a large aerospace corporation
Locate drawing information to make it available for requestors
Identifying issues for resolution or escalation
Activities involve maintaining contracted service levels resulting in customer satisfaction, maintaining customer relationships, and contract commitments delivered within cost targets
Provide support and routing for helpdesk tickets
Works as part of the service delivery team (Delivery Operations) that is dedicated to supporting our customer.
General:
Entry Level with little or no prior work experience
Solid computer skills a must
Acquires skills to build knowledge from foundational to complex
Work builds from routine to complex which may require problem-solving skills
Completes work with limited autonomy
Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures
Candidate Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Experience in a customer-facing role
Strong Computer Skills
Detail oriented
Minimum Proven ability to work under pressure handling multiple tasks to ensure timely completion of all activities
Minimum Good communication skills
Minimum Adherence to assigned work schedule and attendance guidelines
