$23.75/hr with $1.25/hr swing differential and $1hr/ graveyard

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Forklift to join our food manufacturing warehouse team. As a forklift operator, you will have the opportunity to work in four different positions within the department, with on-the-job training provided. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, manage, and execute process improvement opportunities within the plant.

Job Specifications:

- Job Type: Full-time

- Location: Kent, WA

- Pay Rate: $23.75/hr with $1.25/hr swing differential and $1hr/ graveyard

- Shift: All shifts

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Rotate to all positions of Distribution Tech within the department

  • Maintain regular attendance and adhere to plant work standards, quality, and productivity requirements

  • Follow safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards at all times

  • Collaborate with team members and leaders to meet internal and external customer expectations

  • Treat all team members with respect and maintain positive communication

  • Take initiative for continuous improvement in performance and actively contribute to problem-solving

  • Demonstrate accountability, responsibility, and good time management skills

  • Be flexible to work varying hours, shifts, and occasional overtime

  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently, with certification and passing both written and driving tests

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of previous forklift driving experience

  • Previous warehouse experience and Forklift Operator Certification required

  • Familiarity with SAP and/or EasyMetrics is a plus
