In support of Kent State University's vision and core values, the mission of Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) is to enhance the psychological health and development of Kent State University students. Through the provision of an array of culturally competent and evidence-based psychological services, consultation with faculty and staff, and programming, CAPS staff contribute to the attainment of student educational objectives, encourage student engagement in the university community, and support students' personal and professional success

As a culturally-responsive member of a highly supportive and collaborative team, the Assessment and Evaluation Coordinator provides oversight for the assessment and evaluation program, as well as delivers quality direct clinical services, supervises agency trainees, and delivers outreach programming to the campus community. This position reports to the Associate Director.  

*Scope of Responsibilities:  *Under the direction of the Associate Director, the Assessment and Evaluation Coordinator provides oversight for assessment program activities. This coordinator maintains primary responsibility for the administration, scoring, and interpretation of psychological assessments at CAPS, including intellectual, behavioral, and personality measures.
