JOB REQUIREMENTS: Community Impact Programs is now hiring for the Supervisor role to lead our Youth Outreach program! Community Impact Programs is the non-profit arm of PSG/CIP, a community-based social services organization committed to developing innovative services to strengthen the families and communities we work with. The Supervisor directs and monitors all aspects of service provided by the School Liaisons within Youth Outreach programming. The Youth Outreach program is a partnership between Kenosha County Department of Child and Family Services (DCFS) and Kenosha Unified School District (KUSD). Our program utilizes School Liaisons at elementary, middle and high schools within KUSD to support youth who are at-risk for academic failure, dropout, truancy, and delinquency. Many of the identified youth are also at risk for gang involvement as well as alcohol and drug abuse. School Liaisons provide support, guidance, and pro-social activity opportunities to assist students in learning new skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SUPERVISOR: Hire, train, supervise, evaluate and discipline program staff. Set and monitor employee caseloads. Monitor School Liaison productivity by conducting school visits on a bi-monthly basis. Ensure quality assurance through file reviews. Ensure that company policies are followed at all times by employees. Conduct weekly staff meetings. Monitor program budgets. LOCATION: Office is located in Kenosha, WI. Local travel may be required to meet with staff at various KUSD school locations. SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 Be part of a passionate team dedicated to making a difference in the community! SALARY: \$57,000-59,000 annually REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a valid Driver\'s License, personal automobile insurance, and reliable transportation on a daily basis. Must have a Bachelor\'s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related. Two years\' of previous experience working with at-risk youth and families is required.
